Notice issued by Zivan S.r.l. in accordance with Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679

Whereas

1) following your request to receive our periodic newsletter, the undersigned company will be collecting and processing certain of your personal data;
2) we specify to you as of now for clarity, the following definitions given by the European Regulation 2016/679:

Personal data: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference in particular to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more features of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;

that the collection and processing of your personal data in this section of the site, will be carried out by the undersigned company in accordance with the following:

1. purpose: the data will be processed solely and exclusively to send you our periodic newsletter that you have requested;
2. methods: the data will be processed with both paper and electronic/computer/telematic tools/supports, in full compliance with the law, according to principles of lawfulness and fairness and in such a way as to protect your confidentiality;
3. optional provision: the provision of your data is optional and not mandatory;                          
4. consequences of refusal: refusal to provide the data or failure to give consent to their processing, will result, despite ourselves, in the impossibility of sending you the newsletter;

8. rights of the data subject: you have all the rights enshrined in the European Regulation 2016/679, such as the right to request access to and rectification of your personal data, deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. He/she also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority;
9. transfers to third countries: any transfers of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organization will take place on the basis of an adequacy decision by the Commission or, in the case of transfers referred to in Articles 46, 47 or 49, second paragraph, of the European Regulation, on the basis of appropriate and adequate safeguards;;
10. data retention period: data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to meet the requests of the data subject or in accordance with the provisions of current regulations or any contractual clauses;
11. data controller: the data controller is Zivan S.r.l., with registered office in Poviglio (RE), Via Bertona n. 63/1, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore;
12. data protection officer: the data protection officer is Dr. Juri Torreggiani, with office located in Reggio Emilia, Via Piccard n. 16/G, tel. 0522/30.11.69, fax 0522/38.79.96: any of your requests for clarification or information may be addressed to this officer.
